	Terms and Conditions: ► Lock in period of 12 Months ► This is a limited period scheme ► Interest will be paid on quarterly basis ► Notice period of 1 month required to be given from exiting the scheme ► Stocks will be valued at daily VAR (T-1) basis ► Agreement is required to be signed with Berkeley Finance Ltd ► Processing Chanrges are 0.1% + S.tax of the value of stocks ► Stocks can be replaced with stocks having same value and category by giving one week notice ► Only stocks of Nifty 200 will be accepted under this scheme ► Trading A/c and Demat A/c must be opened with Berkeley Securities Ltd ► Rate of return is subjected to value of stocks at the time of entering the scheme ► Compnay may accept or reject any application at its own discretion ► Compnay may close the scheme before 12 months at its own discretion ► All benefits of corporate actions such as dividend, right issue, bonus, open offer or split of shares will remain the property of original owner.
